Born out of a strong desire to help teens to address these struggles and look at how we can help teenagers to navigate their lives in a healthier way.

Mindfit for Teens is an insight-based learning program.

The program is designed to be fun, interactive, and engaging, rather than linear and controlled, although there is a solid intention and structure to every lesson. There is a mix of group discussions, activities, and individual reflection for a total of 10 modules/lessons.

Teenagers are experiencing high levels of anxiety and stress during these difficult times post the 2020 pandemic. Add that to the already potentially pressurized areas of academics, sports, relationships, and social media, and you have a group of teens that are struggling with life. All these aspects impact their mental well-being, and the statistics show that depression is on the increase with self-harm and suicide following as a close second.

Mindfit for Teens was born out of a strong desire to help teens to address these struggles and look at how we can help teenagers to navigate their lives in a healthier way. After a young family member attempted suicide, it became clear that the need is urgent and real. As a transformative life coach, I deal with adults from all walks of life, who have not had the emotional resiliency to deal with life when it feels hard, and their struggle often begins at a very young age.
